Our third and last day on Santo Antão was going to be the highlight of the trip. We woke up early and got ready for an 8-hour trek with an elevation change of 800 meters – or 2,600 ft.
After a first taste of Santo Antão the day before, we were more than ready to see more of the island! Day 2 of trekking in Cape Verde was remarkable!
